With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Danny Phillips of Jamestown, South Carolina, born in Georgetown, South Carolina, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Floyd Phillips and Mattie Lee Taylor Weaver; his sisters, Betty Phillips, Mildred Phillips and Jannie Mae Phillips; and his wife Phyllis Louise P. Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Phillips, Jr. (Kristie) of Johnsonville, Donna Curry (Randy) of Conway, Mary Taylor (Chris Gurtner) of Summerville and Jean VanGuilder (Eric) of Macedonia; and his brothers, Ray Phillips of Aynor, Charles Phillips of Hemmingway and Buddy Phillips of Andrews. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
