With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alton Duke Hawkins Jr. (Jamestown, South Carolina), who passed away on May 23, 2019 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Hawkins and Iva Bell Washington Hawkins; and his siblings, Arnold Hawkins and Linda Hawkins Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Wilhemena S. Hawkins; his children, Cortney Jessika Hawkins and Kaelin Demontae Hawkins; his siblings, Ella Middleton, Pamela Hawkins, Sharon Mazyck (Eddie), Lisa Beauford (Steffany) and Victor Barry Hawkins; his father-in-law Willie Smith; his siblings-in-law, Janie B. Williams, Mona Wynn (Alphonso), Freedonia Hawkins, Minister Willie Levi Smith (Daphae) and Sandy Smith (Latanya); his aunt Shirley Washington; and his uncle Calvin Beauford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
