He is survived by: his wife Sandra Middleton; his children, Renee Meadows-Middleton, Darren Butler-Middleton and Tara Butler-Middleton; his grandchildren, Tina J. Malliet (Stefan) and Wayne Allen Middleton-Gethers; his great grandchild Kyle Malliet; his siblings, Ronald Middleton, Sr. (Sylvia), Herbert Middleton, Jr., Larry Drayton (Cheryl), Brenda Singleton, Elizabeth Middleton, Rochelle Deleston, Sharon White (Carthell), Evonne Martin and Patricia Cooke (Kateria Cooke); his sisters-in-law, Karen King, Amadoma Bediako, Carol Butler and Debra Brown; his uncle James Middleton; his aunts, Evelyn Middleton, Carrie Middleton and Teresa Jefferson (Henry); and his goddaughter Artasia Delesline. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
