It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Dunmore Gilliard of James Island, South Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Alonzo Gilliard. She is survived by: her children, Alphonso Gilliard (Cynthia Elaine), Rhemell Gilliard Jones, Rodgers Gilliard (Andrea) and Phillip Gaillard (Raephine); her siblings, Iller Myers, Maecelia White and Ulysses Dunmore; and her sister-in-law Barbara Gilliard. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grands, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
