She is survived by: her daughters, Fonda Goodwin (Ken), Theresa Price (Bill), Kathy Rodgers (Roger) and Jeana Blackwood (Jeri); her grandchildren, Troy (Holly), Tony (Stephanie), Michelle, Kenny (Roxanne), Amanda, Michael (April) and Brandon (Sara); and her brother Michael (Bubba) McCarthy (Tommie).
