He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia Moultrie; and his children, Jaquetta Moultrie Elias, Dee Moultrie Jackson (Jessie), Faith Moultrie and Justin Moultrie. He was also cherished by grandchildren, siblings, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 Facial Mask is required at visitation in chapel and graveside services.
