With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Mikell of James Island, South Carolina, who passed away on May 21, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Richardson-Mikell; his children, Natalie Scott, Jeffery Mikell (Juanita), Nitsa Mikell, Jason Mikell, Jesse J. Richardson, III, Candace Ackerman and Crystal Richardson (Felix); and his siblings, Anna Mae Fludd (Elijah), Edward Mikell (Elizabeth), Louise Watson Dent and Janice Watson. He was also cherished by 9 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
