Edythe Howley Lileck Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 93, Edythe Howley Lileck of James Island, South Carolina, born in Chester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew William Howley and Mildred White Howley; her husband Joseph Lileck; and her sisters, Anna Greenhalgh and Patricia Hefferman.

She is survived by: her children, JoAnn L. Dixon (Lee Roy), Michelle L. Adams and Joseph Patrick (Kacey); and her grandchildren, Melisa Anne Cheshier, Jessica Lynn Connelly (Jason), Charles Joseph Dixon, Melanie Dawn Lafazia, Katrina Marie Potter, Merritt Jean Pierce (Mark), Michael Joseph Dixon (Penny), Matthew Clinton Dixon (Melanie) and Melissa Maureen Gallego (Alan). She is also survived by 24 Great Grandchildren; 13 Great-Great Grandchildren; as well as several loved nieces and nephews.
