He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Devonne Gaillard, Jr. and Devin Yvonne Clark; his siblings, Julie Gaillard, Anne Jenkins (Alfred), Mary Beaufort, Carolyn Chavis, Paulette Gaillard, Sarah Tyce, Shirley Scott (Leroy), Ellen McKenney (Ronald), Franklin Gaillard, III (Tabitha), Sammie Gaillard (Priscilla) and Randell Gaillard; and his nephews, Wilson Mikell and John Mikell. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
