He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne "Vonnie" Yerbury; his parents, Marie Sylvester Yerbury and Charles C. Yerbury; and his sister Felice Kapp. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Winter (Mark); and his sister Ann Nolan of Mooresville, NC. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
