With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bettie Berry of James Island, South Carolina, born in Grover, South Carolina, who passed away on July 24, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Pierce Berry, Sr. (Purce); her parents, Daniel Thomas and Ethelene Bennett Infinger; and her son Thomas Pierce Berry, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Seyle (Paul); her foster daughter Elizabeth Evans; her sons, Ronald Berry (Leize-Ann), Mark Berry (Karen) and Christopher Berry (Ellie); her grandchildren, Melodye Berry, Nicole Seyle, Stephanie Berry (Benjamin Aydlett), Callie Berry, Malorie Evans, Ashley Evans, Daniel Seyle (Kelly), Nicholas Berry, Allen Berry, Christopher Berry, Jr. and Ethan Evans; her great grandchildren, Kinley Seyle, Belle Seyle and Reed Seyle; and her sisters, Bonnie I. Bennett and Donna I. Cantley (Frankie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
