She was predeceased by: her husband Tony Louis McNeil, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Samantha Frazier (John), Tony Louis McNeil, Jr., Emmanuel R. McNeil and Raqyhia A. McNeil; and her sister Georgette Sherald German (Franklin). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
