We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2021, at the age of 71, Alethia Middleton of James Island, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Middleton and Isabel Wilder Middleton. She is survived by: her brothers, Dan Middleton, Dr. Stewart Middleton (Juanita) and Attorney Nathaniel Middleton (Pam); and her cousin Russell Middleton (Pamela).

Due to COVID-19 protocols, everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
