He was predeceased by: his wife Helen McMillan Stallings; and his parents, Quillan Carroll Stallings and Mary Arrington Stallings. He is survived by: his children, Kelli Jean Brooks (Paul) of Graniteville, Homer "Marty" Stallings, Jr. (Angela) of Green Pond and Melanie Stallings Buchanan (Tony) of Walterboro; and his siblings, Billy Stallings (Terri) of Jacksonboro, Pat Duggan of Jacksonboro, Becky Bass of Walterboro and Carolyn Godley of Jacksonboro.
