She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard S. and Kathleen Frazier Hall; and her sister Sandra Hall (Allen Hall). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Wayne" Smith, Sr.; her children, Richard W. "Ricky", Jr., Sandra Smith, Shari Sheppard, Gary, Julianne Smith, Tish and Jamie Gilbert; and her siblings, Ernest "Shorty" (Kitty Hall) and Judy (Jim King). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Flowers will be accepted however, considering her love for her church, the family has asked that memorials be made to Matlock Baptist Church. (http://www.matlockbaptistchurch.com).
