He is survived by: his spouse Paullette Dunn Hicks; his son John Wayne Hicks (Rose) of Jackson, SC; his siblings, Rebecca Harper of Cayce, SC, Paul Hicks of Columbia, SC, Joel Hicks of Jackson, SC and Barney Hicks; his grandson Jesse Baldy of Jackson, SC; his close friend Brianna Richbourg of Pelion, SC; and his sister Juanita Skinner (Brooks) of Lincolnton, GA.. He is also survived by his wife and parents, family members.
