It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jawan Gregg of Jackson, South Carolina, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tonya Denise Gregg Brown and John T. Williams, Jr. of Columbia; and his grandfather John T. Williams. He is survived by: his grandparents, Geraldine Small and Leana Williams; his daughters, Jewel Gregg and Rozzo Cordoza; his grandparents, Benjamin Small of Myrtle Beach, SC and Leanna Williams; his godmother Bernice Williams of Gresham, SC; his siblings, James Cly, William Brown of Marion, SC and Alicia Shannon (Shawn) of Lake Villa, Illinois; his aunts, Tashia Small of Jacksonville Florida and Cheryl Williams of Florence, SC; his uncle Eric Williams of Nichols, SC; and his close friends, Tameka Stanley and Tyquasha Bennett. He is also survived by cousins; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
