He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Jay; and his daughter Marjorie Rushton. He is survived by: his father Lamar Jay; his brother Steven Jay; his wife Mary Jay; his sons, Bradley Jay (Becky) and Dean Jay (Tami); his sisters, Brenda Randall (Ken) and Kathy Fields (William); his son-in-law Mark Rushton; and his grandchildren, Dean Jay (Nichole), Matt Jay (Christy), Evan Jay, Owen Jay, Corrine Rushton and Charity Rushton. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
