It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Aretha Kenney (Jackson, South Carolina), who passed away on November 10, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her aunt Nursing Facility Administrator; her sister Cynthia Diane; her parents, Jerry Harps and Christiana Harps; her siblings, Jerry, Howard, Ishmael, James, Kenneth and Mattie Shannon; her son Aubrey Kenney Jr (Patricia); and her sisters, Annie Ruth "Bobo" Harps (Charles), Cynthia Jean Harps Cordle (Cynthia Diane Harps Guile) and Elouise Margaret Benson (Joanne). She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
