He is survived by: his wife Annette McCullough; his children, Tony McCullough, Scarlet Rivera and Janie McCullough; his sister Glenda Jones; his grandchildren, Matt Rivera, Alex Rivera, Kayla Beatty and Sarah McCullough; his great grandchildren, Brendon Beatty, Benton Beatty and Dante; and his nephew Mike McCullough.
