She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Taylor and Ettice Taylor; and her grandchild Destiny Brown. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Curtis Bruce Jr. (Amy Clark) and Minetta Brown (Richard Brown); her sister Bonita Taylor; and her grandchildren, Carley McMahan, Kristie Sandia Dennis and Richard Brown Jr. (Dale). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
