It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe Blackwell (Iva, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on May 4, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wade Davis, Jeanette Cook, Elizabeth Gilbert and Caroline Walker; and her granddaughter Danielle Dodd.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Crisp (Belinda), Bryan Crisp and Renee Moureau (George); her sister Linda Fleming; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Crisp, Jason Crisp, Amy Crisp, Derek Gibson and Michelle Smith.
