We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2023, at the age of 85, Luther Davis Jr. of Iva, South Carolina, born in Townsend, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Davis Sr. and Ollie Cox Davis. He is survived by: his close friend Christa Compton; his children, Peggy Rogers and Terry Davis; his daughter-in-law Nanci Davis; his stepdaughter Susan Baxley; and his siblings, Lee Davis and Dean Jones. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
