He is survived by: his children, Tracy Owens, Kevin Reece and Teresa Brickle; and his brothers, Billy, Ed and Marvin Owens. He is also survived by three grandsons and two granddaughters.
Due to concerns with Covid-19, a private funeral service will be held for the family.
