She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lacey and Eleonore Rewers Lacey; her son Charles Polaski of Erie, PA; her grandson Vincent McClimans of Erie, PA; her sister Margaret; and her brothers-in-law, Edward Klan of Erie, PA and Richard Walkow of Las Vegas, NV..
She is survived by: her children, Jude Polaski-Brown (Ed) of North East, PA, Michael Polaski of Iva, SC, Mary Konkol (John) of Gainesville, GA and Donna Bessetti (David Brueckner, Sr.) of Iva, SC.; her grandchildren, Kevin Warner (PA), Edwin Brown (PA), Laura McClimans, Daniel McClimans (GA), Michelle Bessetti Schaeffer (PA), Kimberly Bessetti Fields (SC), Michael Polaski (PA) and Nicholas Polaski (PA); her husband Donald Polaski; and her siblings, Walter Lacey (Michelle) of Roanoke, VA, Julie Walkow of Las Vegas, NV and Gloria Zilonka (Tom) of Erie, PA. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Parkinson's Research Foundation. Arlene Lacey Polaski, age 83 of Iva, SC, formerly of North East, PA, passed to eternal life on Monday, December 20, 2021 at her residence after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's Disease.
