It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Taylor Phillips (Isle of Palms, South Carolina), born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on May 7, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Langley Taylor and Lucy Mae Brown Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edgar Phillips; her daughter April Phillips (Stevie Jarrell) of Moncks Corner, SC; her sister Mary Lou Taylor of North Charleston, SC; her siblings-in-law, Henry Phillips of Charleston, SC and Cathy Phillips of Charleston, SC; and her granddaughter Cayla Jarrell of North Carolina.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John's Catholic Church, 3921 St. Johns Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405.
