He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Jason Murphy Laird (Sean) of Wailuku, HI and James Allen Laird (Emily) of Mount Pleasant, SC; and his grandchildren, Walker and Ella Laird. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
