He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Shinners and Emily Shinners. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Shinners (Daumeyer); his son Frederick Shinners; his daughter-in-law Sarah Shinners of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his daughter Jennifer Shinners of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his grandchildren, Michael, Angelia, Alexander and Heather; his great grandchild Caleb; and his sister Kathy Shinners McGovern of Rochester, NY..
