She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry R. Padgett, Sr. and Alice Corbin Padgett Ehrhardt; and her stepfather Douglas Ehrhardt. She is survived by: her husband Allen Richard Thomas, Sr.; her children, Jennifer Thomas Thurston (Kenny) of Walterboro, Allen R. Thomas, Jr. of Walterboro and Kimberly Thomas Hutto (Will) of Islandton; and her siblings, Henry Roland Padgett of Bluffton, Kirk Ehrhardt of Smyrna, Tennessee, Connie Padgett Stanley of Islandton and Norma Jean Sanders of Williston.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be directed in her memory to: Saint Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
