He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Tuten Polk of Islandton; his children, Chris Polk (Robin) of Islandton, Wesley Polk (Denise) of Islandton, Denise Binford (Tim) of Cookeville, Tennessee and Clifton Benjamin Hiers; his grandchildren, Chelsea Polk, Morgan Polk, Caroline Cook (Tyler Goodwin), Summer Bennett (Justin Pfeffer) and Nolan Binford; his great grandchildren, Charlie Cook, Matthew Bishop, McKenzie Pfeffer, Elijah Pfeffer and Isla Grace Goodwin; and his siblings, Billy Derwood Polk of Islandton and June Polk Darnell of Denmark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
