She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Robert Lorick and Elizabeth Draffin Lorick; her husband George F. Leitzsey; and her great grandchild Logan David Kasprzyk. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Kasprzyk (Dave) of Columbia and Linda Carney (Chris) of Irmo; her grandchildren, Stephen Kasprzyk (Sarah) of Easley, Kevin Kasprzyk (Lyndsey) of Columbia, Sean Carney of Irmo, Nicholas Carney of Irmo, Krysten Kasprzyk of Little Rock and Kayla Kasprzyk of Columbia; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Finley, Cedric, James, Elijah and Everett; and her siblings, Dorothy Lambert of Myrtle Beach and Robert F. Lorick (Emily) of West Columbia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel (7600 Woodrow St, Irmo, SC 29063). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
