He is survived by: his wife Jo Anne Miller; his children, Jonathan Ellis and Jennifer Elmore (Jeff); his grandchildren, Parker Ogden (Jana), Max Elmore, Madison Ellis and John-Miller Ellis; his great grandchild Hallie Ogden; his sister Mary Ann Miles; his nephew Jeffrey Peay (Angela); and his great-niece Sophie Peay.
