With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nevil Joyce Tackett (Irmo, South Carolina), born in Virgie, Kentucky, who passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Williams and Susana Elswick Williams; her husband Hobert Dale Tackett; her daughter Nevilyn Throckmorton; her grandson Alonzo Throckmorton; and her siblings, Nadine Daniel and Stanford Williams.
She is survived by: her son Tony Tackett (Michele) of Chapin; her grandchildren, Benjamin Tackett, Bailey Tackett and Solomon Throckmorton; her great grandchildren, Devin Throckmorton, Mary Dale Tackett, Ila Claire Tackett and Maddox Throckmorton; her siblings, Margaret Potter, Ruby Osborne, Jackie Shackleford and Sanford Williams; and her son-in-law Craig Throckmorton.
