He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stowers and Peggy Stowers; and his sister Sharon Snipes. He is survived by: his wife Sybil; his daughter Michelle Bumgarner (Perry) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Kayla Sligh, Christian Sligh, Hannah, Jordan Bumgarner and Trip Bumgarner (Lysandra); his brothers, Richard and Scott Stowers (Shari); and his stepmother Georgia Seeman (Robert).
