He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Northcutt and David Ross. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ross; his daughters, Ruth Garcia of Charleston and Rachel Sanders of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Michael Garcia and Rossa Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Noah and Ava Valdez.
