With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Mattos Ward (Irmo, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 28, 2024 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her spouse Jesse Ward; her parents, George Mattos and Ollie Mattos; and her siblings, Rennie Martin, Jimmy Mattos, Tommy Mattos and Harold Fain.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Massey (Kim) of Peachtree Corners, GA and Kelly Easley (David) of Irmo, SC; and her granddaughters, Lauren Massey of Peachtree Corners, GA, Nicole Easley of Charleston, SC and Sarah Ann Easley of Irmo, SC.
