It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie A. Duncan of Irmo, South Carolina, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on June 22, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her brother Alfred L. Wills III; and her stepfather Alfred L. Wills II. She is survived by : her parent Sylvia Wills; her siblings, Lisa Degnan (Chris) and Michael Wills (Kayla); her daughter Crystal Nickel (Jason); her grandchildren, James and Charlotte Nickel; and her nieces and nephews, Brittany Degnan, Jenna Farrior (Alex), Michael and Cameron Wills.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Final Victory Animal Rescue of Columbia, SC in honor of Debbie Duncan supporting the campaign to "Adopt Don't Shop".
