He was predeceased by: his parents, Yin Huan (Pin) and Ding Jie Uy; and also Ier Say Kean. He is survived by: his spouse Phoun Mong; and his children, Phek Hourng Uy, Ngy Keang Uy, Chhay Keang Uy, Heang Keang Uy and Ang Keang Uy. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
