It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Franklin High (Inman, South Carolina), who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mae Wofford High and Henry Turner High; his son Dennis F. High; his son-in-law Billy Vinson; and his brothers, Andrew High and Troy High.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Vinson of Inman. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
