With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Kay Testor (Inman, South Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on May 16, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Horace Ray Ballenger; and also Charles Stephenson Smith. She is survived by: her mother Clara Janell Ballenger (Brown) of Inman; her husband Charles Phillip Testor; her daughters, Cindy Brown (Thomas) of Sunset and Melisa Deel (Gerry) of Inman; her siblings, Jimmy Ballenger (Janet) of Inman, Roy Ballenger (Ann) of Inman, Kenny Ballenger of Inman and Joy Owens (Roger) of Inman; and her grandchildren, Ian, Alex, Collin, Taylor and Jacob.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: First Baptist Church of North Spartanburg Choir 8740 Asheville Highway, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29316 or Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29303.
