She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Mae Powell Watson and Reno Edward Watson, Sr.; her son Hoss Perry Suttles; and her siblings, Nancy Watson, Benjamin Watson, Linda Watson, Reno Edward Watson Jr. and Perry Smith Watson.
She is survived by: her husband Roger Dale Suttles; her son Roger Edward Suttles of Greer; her sisters, Brenda Faye Watson Chadwick of Abbeville and Patricia Ann Watson Leonard of Simpsonville; and her grandchildren, Krista Mahaffey, Dylan Suttles, Casey Suttles and Roddy Suttles. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
