He was predeceased by: his parents, Angie McCutcheon (Caldwell) and Arthur McCutcheon; and his brothers, Joe Arthur McCutcheon and Gary Eugene McCutcheon. He is survived by: his wife Vicki McCutcheon (Clayton); his children, Mysti LuAnn McCutcheon (Scott Rankin) of Inman, SC and Dustin Aubrey McCutcheon (Cassandra); his grandchildren, Jasper Skye Keefauver, Salem Rankin, Arrow Rankin, Madison Johnson, Harlee McCutcheon and Connor McCutcheon; and his nephew Drew McCutcheon (Melanie).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Tommy to the Fisher House, 150 Wentworth St., Charleston, SC 29425.
