He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Kinley and Azzie Cothran Kinley; and his siblings, Jack Kinley, Mary Martin, Geraldine Cosby and Ellen Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Freida Diane Cox Kinley; his children, Tammy Roddy (David) of Inman and Tim Kinley of Inman; his grandchildren, Jessica Bruce (Ben), Hannah Rae Davidson (Tim), Betsy Perigo (Travis) and Sloane Kinley; his great grandchildren, Madigan Bruce, Lincoln Bruce, Sage Perigo and Raelyn Davidson; and his brother Dean Kinley (Doris) of Boiling Springs.
