It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Short (Inman, South Carolina), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas J. Short; and his spouse Joyce Tinsley Short. He is survived by: his grandmother Fannie Short; his daughter Angela "Angie" Gizara (Mike) of Suffolk; his granddaughter Samantha "Sami" Gizara; his brother-in-law Douglas Tinsley (Martha) of Spartanburg; and his child Faris Rd. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
