He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Annie Mae Cheek Neal and Henry Dwight Neal; his children, Melissa Neal Vicars (Dale), Kimberly Scudder (Martin), Paul Neal, Theodore Javes (Kerry), Juliette Gum and Kevin Javes; his grandchildren, Christopher Dunker, Kelby Mullally, Lauren Gault (Tj), Seth Phillip Thomas Javes, Bryson Thomas Dameron, Lucia Javes and Kimber Annette Vicars; his sisters, Gloria Walker (Paul) and Judy Piephoff; and his pet Sadie. He was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lake Bowen Baptist Church building fund, 404 Sugar Ridge Road, Inman, SC.
