He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Elizabeth Foster (Metcalf) and Edward Lee Foster; and his brother Steve Foster. He is survived by: his wife Karen Foster (Wood); his children, April Michelle Davis (Anthony) and William Foster, Jr. (Shelly); his brother Reggie Foster; his granddaughter Dariana Carter; his stepdaughter Carolyn Easler; and his stepgrandchildren, Kayla Smith, Ella Easler and Blake Kelly. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
