She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ford and Anna Bright Ford; her husband Joe Bill Owens; her son Ronald Owens; and her siblings, Daniel Ford, Doris Hodge and Mildred Dillard.
She is survived by: her son Bobby Owens (Wendy) of Wellford; her sister Linda Garrett (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Nikki Mosier (Rickie), Robbie Owens (Beth) and Bobby Owens, Jr. (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Brayden, Cailyn, Taylor, Bailey Mosier, Kayla, Riley, Will and Lily Owens; her great great grandchildren, Weston and Waylon; and her daughter-in-law Cathy Owens.
