She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ray and Loretta Fay Goodwin Goins. She is survived by: her husband Philip Paul Starck; her daughter Christina Raye Starck; her siblings, Thomas Ray Goins, Jr. (Rusty) of Cowpens, Debra Goins of Inman and Tammy G. Farmer (Brian) of Spartanburg; her nephews, Gabriel Goins, Damon Goins and Tyler Goins (Kayla); her niece Heather Farmer; her great-nephews, Daniel Goins, Carson and Tatum Goins; and her great-niece CeCe Goins.
