He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burton Hicks, Sr. and Bobbie Roe Hicks; and his brother John B. Hicks Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Hicks (Ashley) of Chesnee and Travis Hicks of Chesnee; his siblings, Tammy Hicks of Chesnee, David Hicks of Chesnee, Howard Hicks of Mooresboro, Michael Hicks (Deb) of Mooresboro and Harold Hicks (Kathy) of Chesnee; his sister-in-law Susan Hicks of Chesnee; his granddaughter Haylee Hicks; and his stepgrandsons, German Shephard and Buddy.
