She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Dedmon and Etta Painter Dedmon; her husband Alfred Vernon Caldwell, Jr.; and her son Michael Caldwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Dobbins (Bill) and Lewanna Caldwell (B. Ulmer); and her grandchildren, Brandon Johnson (Leanna), Baron Johnson (Christy), Blake Johnson, Stephanie Degraffenreid (Kendall), Travis Caldwell (Heather), Hannah Caldwell, Travis Dobbins, Hilary Dobbins, Kristi Ulmer (Kari) and Kim Ulmer (Alia). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
